Hamer Pro® Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Hamer Pro® Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, fairness, and a mutually beneficial partnership between Hamer Pro® International (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and our affiliates (“you,” “your”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Enrollment & Eligibility

  • The Hamer Pro® Affiliate Program is open to individuals, influencers, bloggers, and businesses who wish to promote our products.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate information during registration.

Affiliate Commissions & Payments

  • Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on successful referral sales.
  • Commissions are calculated on the final order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
  • Payments are processed monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details.

Promotion Guidelines

  • You may share your unique affiliate link on websites, blogs, social media, and emails.
  • Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing tactics.
  • Affiliates cannot claim to be official representatives of Hamer Pro® International.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Promoting Hamer Pro through false claims or misleading advertisements.
  • Posting affiliate links on websites that contain illegal, offensive, or adult content.
  • Using unauthorized discounts, coupons, or false pricing claims.

Tracking & Cookies

  • Our system tracks referrals using cookies, which remain active for 30 days from the first visit.
  • Sales made within this period will be credited to the referring affiliate.
  • If a customer clears cookies or uses a different device, tracking may not be possible.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:

  • The affiliate violates any of these terms.
  • Fraudulent activities or unauthorized marketing tactics are detected.
  • There is prolonged inactivity (no referrals) for six months.

Changes to Terms

Hamer Pro® International reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

We are not responsible for any technical issues, tracking errors, or payment delays beyond our control. Affiliates operate as independent marketers and are not employees or legal representatives of Hamer Pro® International.
